TerraCorp Capital is a real estate holding and development company founded in 2009 by Boyd E. Smith, a graduate of the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. The company specializes in luxury small-home communities, golf course developments, RV resorts, luxury single-family residences, custom barndominium homes, and land development projects throughout Washington, Arizona, Texas, and Utah.

TerraCorp’s growth strategy is centered on the acquisition, enhancement, and development of established RV resorts and golf course communities.
