Our Vision
TerraCorp seeks land opportunities for short plat developments. Specifically, 10-20 acre plots that can be short platted into residential and barndominium lots.
TerraCorp is also active in pursuing golf courses that are in need of a reposition while still keeping golf as a key component of the property.
Investment Criterion
Land Opportunities must be a minimum of 5 acres and up to 40 acre parcels. Preferred land acquisition opportunities will include power on site, water preferred, and within 1-2 hours of a major metropolitan area.
Estabilished and operating golf courses within 1 hour of a major metropolitan areas are preferred. Golf courses 9-18 holes, driving range, clubhouse, with shops and additional land are preferred. Country club-style golf resorts are a top priority with tennis facilities.
